Smart Sindara was great at math — or at least, most of the time. She could race through addition, subtraction, and even her 5 and 10 times tables. But one day in class, Miss Okoro wrote a new challenge on the board:

11 × 7 = ?
11 × 12 = ?

Sindara scratched her head. “I know 11 × 1 is 11 and 11 × 2 is 22… but after that, it gets confusing!”

Her friend Amira chuckled. “You’re going to love this one, Sindara. The 11 times table has the coolest trick ever!”

The Mirror Number Magic

Amira leaned closer and whispered, “For numbers less than 10, multiplying by 11 is the easiest thing ever. You just double the number by writing it twice.”

Sindara looked puzzled. “What do you mean?”
